Cancellation Policy

The EUROPARC 2023 Secretariat must be notified by e-mail to info@europarc2023.nl in the event of a cancellation of registration. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the conference.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED	REFUND
BEFORE 15 JULY 2023:	FULL REFUND OF THE REGISTRATION FEE LESS 30 EUR HANDLING FEE
15 JULY 2023 – 29 AUGUST 2023:	50% OF THE REGISTRATION FEE
FROM 29 AUGUST 2023:	NO REFUND
