Cancellation Policy
The Europarc 2023 Secretariat must be notified by e-mail to info@europarc2023.nl in the event of a cancellation of registration. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the conference.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
| CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED | REFUND |
| BEFORE 15 MAY 2023: | FULL REFUND OF THE REGISTRATION FEE LESS 30 EUR HANDLING FEE |
| 15 MAY 2023 – 15 SEPTEMBER 2023: | 50% OF THE REGISTRATION FEE |
| FROM 15 SEPTEMBER 2023: | NO REFUND |
